Making Dessert + Video

Now there is one place that you wont always find me and that is the kitchen.  I am 100% useless at cooking and whoever I have lived with has been my personal chef.   I have had the urge lately to bake and make goodies – last installment being rice cripsy marshmallow cakes.   The whole of yesterday was spent making cupcakes and pies… maybe the blogger cliche is catching up with me.  Soon I will be wearing JC Litas and carrying a Cambridge satchel.

cup and saucer cupcakes

I got the above teacup baking moulds from DotComGiftShop*.  Eva is obsessed with them and they will be perfect for when she has little parties soon.  Just so damn cute and kitschy!

Fancied making a little How to make a Banoffee Pie video.   Its as easy as Kat Slater and I am sure the majority of people who check out this post can make it already.   I just wanted to play around with making a recipe video for fun.   Click on the HD symbol to see it in all its glory!

I am stabbing myself in the foot really because I keep moaning about cellulite and my growing behind, yet I am choosing how to make dessert rather than healthy meals… an addict I tell you!

Hahaha I loved the litas & cambridge satchel reference! I’m exactly the same as far as always needing someone to be my own personal chef…but i wish i got baking-things urges….

How adorable are those teacup moulds?! I know someone who’d love some of those! Banoffee pie is possibly my favourite desert, so addictivly yummy & now I’m craving some myself! Might have to give you recipe a try, I usually just buy them, I’m a hopeless cook too!
