New year, new hair! The dark blonde colour was looking a bit ragged. I really don’t have hundreds of pounds to spend on my hair at the moment. I can’t highlight my hair myself so I thought the easy option is to go back brown. I used Nice ‘n Easy by Clairol. It actually blended quite well with the highlights I already have. I just don’t have that horrible root halo anymore.
It was Nice and easy like it said on the box. I actually needed 2 boxes worth to cover my hair, thankfully I did think of this beforehand. It would have been utter ciaos with half a head dyed. The conditioning treatment that comes with it is meant to last 6 weeks (one treatment each week), but of course…my hair took one.
I really do need to go and get a trim at least, the ends are looking quite a bit frazzled. I am so scared of the hairdressers! I think I have mentioned this before, but out of desperation one afternoon I went into Super Cuts and they literally hacked away at my hair! It looked a complete mess and they cut too far back with my fringe. They compensated me, but I had to wait so long for it to be right again. A girls hair is her crown and glory! Have you had any hair disasters?
I will be posting more this week. I have a mother/daughter style post tomorrow and a perfume review. Also a magazine feature (I think it is out tomorrow). Please do check back. Hope everyone had a marvellous New Years eve!
