Weekend snaps from Hove

hove seafront

Thought I would share a few snaps taken on the weekend. Luke had some free cinema tickets for Free Birds in Brighton on Sunday morning. So we thought we would make a day of it. It was Eva’s first time watching a 3D movie too.

We had to explain to Eva that she had to wear magical glasses to see the film. At first she was quite irritated by wearing them, then realised to watch the movie she would have to. I couldn’t wait for it to end to be honest…I am not that keen on going to the cinema – I get too restless being stuck in one position.

After the movie finished we walked out to the seafront. I wanted to take some photos of the coloured beach huts so we drove up to Hove (poet and didn’t know it). If you are facing the sea in Brighton; you turn right and Hove is a 5 minute drive up the seafront.

We got photo-bombed by a very large and friendly dog. In fact we made a few doggy pals yesterday. Including a french bulldog in a camouflage coat with a faux-fur trim. His owner told me she paid ÂŁ2000 for him…yikes. I really like that breed though, want!

Then we went back to Brighton and along the lanes and Devils Dyke which was too foggy to see anything. After Hove beach I was banned from taking photos and asked just to enjoy the day without being attached to a camera. I think I do kind of irritate people around me. Probably why I like hanging out with other bloggers. What can I say I am obsessed with photos.

Lovely post! Eva is just the cutest, love her little outfit here, I wish my mum dressed me this well when I was little – Converse & biker jacket! Yes! The Great Dane is gorgeous too, I wanted one for such a long time, but they don’t live to be very old at all 🙁 Ahh, I want to go to the seaside now!
