I love nothing more than an animal photobomber (usually a cat). Doesn’t get any better than when they are on theme.
This is my last outfit post from France, I wish I had taken more advantage of the beautiful backdrops. This was literally outside the house we were staying in. Maybe it’s because I am used to my surroundings at home, but all through our drive through France – every corner we turned would present a beautiful Pinterest worthy setting. We have been talking about a holiday home in France as a life goal. £30k at the moment can get you a run down farmhouse to do up. I would love to go over a few weekends a year, stick on my overalls and go all DIY. That’s the dream anyway. Should probably concentrate more on the house we are buying in the UK first. Roughly a couple of weeks left before we exchange contracts. Fingers crossed nothing goes wrong.
I am obsessed and I mean obsessed with off the shoulder and peasant tops this summer. The one here from Missguided is from last year, but my ASOS wishlist basket has about 20 off the shoulder tops sitting in there. There is just something so flattering about them and everyone looks good in them I think. Even if you think you have broad shoulders a boho frill can make them seem narrower.
Talking about fashion illusions I adore the way these Reiss trousers make me look like I have much longer legs. They have such a quality feel to them too. They creased a bit in my bag and had no iron so that was a bit of a pain – just like my dress in the previous mother & daughter style post. Ahhh! If anyone has any tips on reducing creases in their suitcase I would love to hear.
